By accessing or using creditplanner.in or app.creditplanner.in (CycleIQ), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our services immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CreditPlanner.in under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Information Technology Act 2000.

What we provide

creditplanner.in

creditplanner.in is an independent information and comparison service. We publish information about Indian credit cards sourced from publicly available bank data to help you understand and compare options. We also operate a quiz that suggests cards based on your profile inputs.

app.creditplanner.in (CycleIQ)

CycleIQ is a personal billing cycle planning tool. It generates daily action recommendations (spend, pay, avoid) based solely on the billing dates and due dates that you manually enter. It does not access your bank account, credit card data, credit score, or actual outstanding balance at any time.

Not financial advice

Nothing on creditplanner.in or app.creditplanner.in constitutes financial advice, investment advice, credit advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

• We do not hold a licence from SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, or any other Indian financial regulator.
• We are not a registered investment adviser, credit counsellor, or financial planner.
• Card recommendations on creditplanner.in are informational only — they are based on the profile inputs you provide and publicly available card data, not on a comprehensive assessment of your personal financial situation.
• Daily actions generated by CycleIQ are based entirely on the billing dates you enter. They are not advice to take on debt, spend a specific amount, or make any particular financial decision.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use CycleIQ (app.creditplanner.in) or to apply for any credit card linked from this site.
• You must be a resident of India or be accessing our services in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• If you create an account on CycleIQ, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

User accounts (CycleIQ)

When you create an account on CycleIQ (app.creditplanner.in):

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing dates and due dates you enter. Incorrect dates will result in incorrect recommendations. We are not liable for any financial outcome resulting from actions taken based on recommendations generated from dates you entered incorrectly.
• You may delete your account at any time. See the Account Deletion section of our Privacy Policy for instructions.

Affiliate links

creditplanner.in participates in affiliate programmes with Indian banking partners. When you click an "Apply Now" button and are redirected to a bank's website:

• You leave creditplanner.in and are subject to the bank's own terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• The credit application, approval decision, credit limit, interest rate, and card terms are entirely at the bank's discretion. We have no influence over these decisions.
• We are not responsible if your application is rejected, if the card terms differ from what you expected, or if any issue arises from your relationship with the bank.
• We may earn a commission when you successfully receive a card through our link. This commission is paid by the bank. It does not cost you anything extra and does not affect the card's terms.

Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to ensure that card information, fee structures, reward rates, and eligibility criteria on creditplanner.in are accurate and up to date. However:

• Card features, benefits, and fees can change at any time at the bank's discretion, sometimes without public notice.
• We cannot guarantee that information on this site reflects the most current terms of any specific card.
• You should always verify all card details — including annual fees, interest rates, reward terms, and eligibility — directly with the issuing bank before applying.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use creditplanner.in or app.creditplanner.in to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the site by automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, our servers, or Cloudflare infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in contact forms or account registration
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction
• Circumvent any rate limiting, authentication, or security mechanism on the platform

Intellectual property

All content on creditplanner.in and app.creditplanner.in — including text, code, design, graphics, logos, and the CycleIQ product name — is the intellectual property of CreditPlanner.in unless otherwise stated.

• You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without our prior written permission.
• You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.
• Card names, bank names, and logos mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. We make no claim of ownership over them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, CreditPlanner.in and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any interest charges, late fees, or penalties you incur on a credit card, regardless of whether you used CycleIQ recommendations
• Any credit card application that is rejected by a bank
• Any difference between the card benefits described on this site and the actual terms offered by the bank
• Any financial loss arising from actions taken or not taken based on content on this platform
• Any loss arising from incorrect billing dates entered by you in CycleIQ
• Any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CreditPlanner.in and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your misuse of the platform
• Any false information you provide
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your CycleIQ account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms of Service
• Provided false registration information
• Engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct on the platform
• Attempted to compromise the security or integrity of the platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that accrued before termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify registered CycleIQ users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with us at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
